Summary

DNF at 25%I honestly thought I would love this book but I found it lacking somehow。 I enjoyed the first five chapters but the following chapters are so slow and there was little world-building。 Maybe it’s just me who’s in a reading slump or this book is just not for me。

I was enchanted by this story。 The world building and story was both so vivid and unique and I was thoroughly engrossed in the plot。 There were a few details to the plot that I thought were a little too convenient while reading but all of this was mostly explained at the end。 Overall lovely fairy tale type novel and am looking forward to the next！ I will make a note that this is my first audiobook in a while so it’s possible that could’ve influenced my connection to the book as this would’ve tak I was enchanted by this story。 The world building and story was both so vivid and unique and I was thoroughly engrossed in the plot。 There were a few details to the plot that I thought were a little too convenient while reading but all of this was mostly explained at the end。 Overall lovely fairy tale type novel and am looking forward to the next！ I will make a note that this is my first audiobook in a while so it’s possible that could’ve influenced my connection to the book as this would’ve taken me much longer to read otherwise。 。。。more
